Happy 3rd birthday Savannah Joy

I still haven't quite come to terms with the fact that my baby girl is 3!! 3 seems monumentally older than 2. Like ages older! But she is. And she had such a wonderful day being celebrated! 

We started our day off with birthday donuts with Nonni and Papa. 

Then we came back home for presents. She got a Cinderella Barbie and bedding for her new big girl bed. She loved them!

Daddy took her on a special afternoon date. She chose to go to Target, the pet store and Papas n Beer for lunch. 

And after naps, she chose Chili's for dinner so she could get "racaroni and prench pries" :) 

This girl is the sunshine in our family and keeps us all on our toes. She is equal parts joy and challenge. I learn so much about my own weaknesses and my Heavenly Father's love and grace for me through parenting her. She is smart, kind, hilarious, wild, silly, beautiful, girly, strong willed and the absolute poster "middle child"! Her favorite food is macaroni. Favorite movies are Frozen and Cinderella. Favorite colors are pink and purple. In fact, she currently refuses to learn any other color words because those are the only ones that matter to her. She adores her brothers and wrestles with them any chance she gets. She is Daddy's girl to the core! She loves to play dress up and baby dolls and looks at books any chance she gets. Happy birthday Savannah Joy, we wouldn't change a single thing about you!
