Last week, Savannah decided it was time to ditch the diapers and move into undies. After the experience we have had with her, I would highly recommend waiting until they decide they are ready! In the first week, we have had a handful of accidents, but nothing major. She is doing an amazing job of telling me when she needs to potty and is handling going places well also! It's been quite a breeze. And I only say that because I have been pleasantly surprised. She is about as head strong and stubborn as they come and I was ready for the battle of wills! She has been quite hilarious and is very proud of herself. She often asks to "read a newspaper" while using the potty!
Just so you know that things haven't been too perfect...today she and Porter were playing downstairs and she came up in only a shirt. Apparently she told Porter she needed to potty so she took her shorts and undies off and he lifted her into the potty. Oh my word! Good news, no one fell in! These two!
